Located in the Lincoln Square neighborhood and right behind Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, LaGuardia Arts students go to school on Manhattan’s Upper West Side in a neighborhood that is particularly rich in cultural life. Lincoln Center is a tourist center that is home to the New York Philharmonic, Juilliard, the Metropolitan Opera, and the New York City Ballet, and other world-renowned cultural institutions that have special relationships with LaGuardia Arts students. LaGuardia Arts is easy to get to by public transportation.

Subway
The (1) train (local) stops at the 66th St. — Lincoln Center Station; the school entrance is at 65th Street and Amsterdam Avenue, across from Martin Luther King, Jr., High School.

The (2) or (3) trains (express) stop at the 72nd St. Station; walk downtown on Amsterdam Avenue to 65th St.; the school entrance is at 65th Street and Amsterdam Avenue, across from Martin Luther King, Jr., High School.

Bus
M104 — Broadway and 65th, near Lincoln Center; walk one avenue block to Amsterdam Avenue.

M66 — 65th St. and Amsterdam Avenue.

Train
Long Island Railroad or Amtrak to Penn Station: take the Uptown (1) train to 66th St. — Lincoln Center Station.

Metro North Train to Grand Central Station: take the Shuttle train (S) to 42nd St. Times Square and transfer to the uptown (1) to the 66th St. — Lincoln Center Station
